Did you look in the Plugins Index?
If so, did you see one; if not, it follows that there isn't one.
Did you see any plugins for other Android devices; if not, it follows that no one has identified a need for specific plugins for specific Android devices.
What would you have such a plugin do - remember most optional plugin are developed by the person who has the need.
