Blacklisted Kindle is a Kindle that has been reported stolen.
And even blacklisted Kindle can be used to read side-loaded books, just not DRMed content directly from Amazon (without de-DRMing first).

We don't know if Amazon would have blacklisted the Kindle so it cannot be registered to a different account. So it needs to be tested with a working account to see if it can be registered. Do you know for sure if this Kindle is blacklisted or not? I don't and until that's figured out, it should not be sold until it is found that it is not blacklisted.
