Not Counting ebooks movies or audible... I had 12 Orders 1 return for correct parts ..my fault .... 2 Kindles Defective! 1st returned for money back end of story. The PW2 exchanged cause was broken Amazon sent a refurbish replacement instead of new.. returned refurbished for Money back! So 2015 Not been a good year between me and Amazon
Then Last Night I Hit the Wrong button on buying a movie had to return it & start over
So yep my luck I figure they will send the dreaded letter ugh
