How to display bookshelves in the main Calibre list on the left?
I have suddenly realised that my Calibre is no longer showing my Bookshelves in the main list on the left. I used to be able to select by Bookshelf, just like by Tag but the option is no longer there. I'm not sure what you call the main list but its the one headed by

Authors
Languages
Series
Formats
etc

After Tags I used to see Bookshelves but the option is gone. I can still add a Bookshelf for each book by using the Edit function, just not select to view all books in the Bookshelf. Can anyone help please?

I seem to have Identifiers now (and I don't know what they are)
