During my experiments I found that I can separate the displayed column settings in CC-base from those in CC-cloud. All the cloud libraries+providers share one set of displayed columns, while CC-base (unconnected) has its own set.

Unless someone convinces me that this isn't OK, I will put it into the next beta in a day or two.
