Well, I'm preparing several of my novels with the index on page 1, so it's easy to get to and remember, lol. On the other hand, in HenryCat's video, I seem to recall he brought the index up on the side of the page, so I guess you can do that to, but I don't know how to prepare that, I'll have to wait for the iLiad and the instruction manual.
