I just checked my promotional credit emails, and I have one from Nov 17 that does not apply to the Amazon App store and one from Nov 28 that does. So sometime between those is when they started including the App store. They really should have thought a little more about how it would work along with coins before they added it. I wonder how many others have lost digital credits when they still had coins available.
I will be getting $26 more in slow ship credits, but I will probably not bother with them anymore if I can't decide how they will be used.
