ADE refusing epub

Since (but not necessarily because of) updating to Sigil 0.9.2 and ADE 4.5, I'm getting regular "Unable to open <title>. Errors were encountered in this item." when attempting to open an epub file in ADE. The epub has typically been converted from PDF or DOCX in Calibre then brought into Sigil for editing. It will have passed both the FlightCrew and EpubCheck plugins in Sigil. Cover pages and their picture files have been given semantics tags.

Any ideas?

I have a theory that ADE doesn't like the mix of Calibre's HTML file extensions and Sigil's XHTML ones. But I can't quite see a repeatable pattern...

Thanks all. Merry Christmas!
