Umm...sorry to disagree with you but it's actually Eeyore and Piglet. As far as I know, Tigger and Piglet are not related and they haven't been involved in a horrifying transporter accident. Of course, since Eeyore and Optimus Prime are voiced by the same person it is possible that a possible blooper could be: Transformers, transform and...why bother.
