As far as I can see, the OFL only prevents the font being sold by itself. It can still be bundled in with other commercial software that has a more restrictive licence, embedded in a non-free ebook, etc. as long as the OFL accompanies it.

It is a new monospaced type and is absolutely gorgeous. One of the biggest type releases in recent times. It even has a proportional version for pairings and there are tens of styles. Free for personal use.

It looks like the monospaced version is only available as sans-serif unfortunately. I'm only really interested in a serif version.
