I don't even touch my eink devices anymore I do actually like the screen but the rest of the hardware in my opinion just isn't up to the task I've owned a couple from both Kobo and Sony and both constantly crashed as far as I'm concerned they aren't fit for purpose.
As long as they continue along this route I don't see them as a worthwhile investment and I know pretty much any phone/tablet will completely run rings around them their just in a completely different class hardware wise.
