I also checked the Tecarta Android app and the Zondervan Study Bible has been made available there since the last time I checked (maybe a month ago). Tecarta's study Bibles are also on sale for $5.99 to $9.99 (the NIV Study Bible and Zondervan Study Bible are both $9.99 instead of $23.99).
