Hmmm...

This is mysterious because as far as I know there is only one setting in calibre related to sending metadata: preferences / metadata management. CC tells calibre to ignore this option, forcing it to "Automatic management". I don't know of any CC option that would affect covers, especially over the cloud connection. And in any event, such an option should not exist or should have no effect when used with CC.

Do you remember in which app you found this check box, calibre or CC?
