I don't know if it is a new rule or an old one, but they do require that the text of the audible and the ebook be something like 98 percent the same or they turn down the audible upload (for those authors using Audible's upload program). It's one of the reasons I'm hesitant to create an audio book. It's not that I expect to do any real changes to the audio book, but things like that--where are the credits, what is the opening and that sort of thing. My ebooks have the "back blurb" in the front of the book, but I wouldn't normally expect that in the audio nor do I want to "add time" by reading that or the list of other books at the back. Maybe a short blurb about "find more books at..." or whatever, but the whole list? Doesn't make sense.
