Chargers have nothing to do with the life of the battery.
Are you asking which charger is fastest for charging?
And yes that one should work on both.
I generally just use the wall charger that came with my smartphone.
It will charge my phone, my tablet, my ereader, speaker and keyboard although not at the same time.
