Despite the fact that I don't feel like it's Christmas in less than a week (I blame the 15C weather) today's the Saturday Before Christmas.
Which means it will be one of the busiest days of the year in the store. I'll take an extra pair of shoes downstairs with me, so I can swap half way through the day and will have less tired feet and legs at closing time. Lunch will be a salad; it won't go soggy, cool down, warm up or go stale. Though chances are I won't have time to eat lunch. And I've already put everything together for a nice hot foot bath at the end of the day, I only have to add hot water.
