The shipment from the factory has arrived, and they should now be shipping out units. If mine arrives by December 24th I'll shall report here and eat humble pie. (I haven't received any personal notice of shipping yet.)
I'm quite impressed by the look at the unit. A bit more refresh flash than one would expect in a recent ereader, but if it can run the Android Kindle app, it will be even more useful than I'd expected.
