I think you're better off with a Kindle or a Kobo.
I prefer the 0.8" extra screen estate of the h20.
If I had to only get a 6", it would be a battle between the cheapest Kindle Paperwhite, or the more expensive Kindle Voyage; since pretty much all these 6" devices (with glo light/front light) look almost the same.

Amazon has a better paid library, but I like the Kobo for easier reading of free ebooks (epub, etc...).
I also like on Kobo that you can download getpocket.com articles on your H2O, and read them offline, which I don't think you can do on a Paperwhite or Voyage.
getpocket is a website with articles, that range from a newspaper article sized, to a small book size (usually short articles).
It's like between reading a forum, a small book, and a newspaper article...
Really nice!

It takes about an hour, to upload about 300 articles on your device, which probably take on average 5 to 10 minutes per article to read.
I highly recommend an H2O, but probably could live with the Glo HD as well!

I have found that nearly every free book at Kobo is also available at Amazon.
