im from baltic states, im sure i can get my hands on kindle, kobo, sony and more and i'd want to be free of any obligations to be connected to wifi etc to be able to read / work with text etc, mostly pdf, i was hoping to hear from you guys about the highlight thing, i don't know about kobo and sony and ereaders in general, do their creators too (like kindle) expect them to be connected to wifi / their sources etc to be able to get apps like text highlight noting and dictionary. Maybe i have got it all wrong about ereaders, maybe i need android or what they call them, where you have like a small computer in phone. .
thanks
