Living on SSD I can understand that. BUT I also do my homework and put my money into things that will Last Years! So Price is not my main Factor. CS dependability in the product are. And yes I do tend to wear blinders on when things work. I tend to get Overly Enthusiastic, I don't own Stock in any company. & when some one has problems with a company I deal with I want to know WHY. I do look into other like products to see IF they are better so not to get stuck in a rut.

Take me trying to decide between the PW3 & the Kobo glow hd. While both seem to have the same reviews. I Not been able to find a thing out about Kobo CS good or bad. 1 bad is IF I buy the Kobo esp at this great price & savings esp with the exchange rate dollar wise & it is defective me mailing it back going to cost $25 at todays currency exchange. Which right there means it costs more than the PW3. In All my exchanges with Amazon Shipping has cost me ZERO.
