I have to still use the stylish extension just to be able to read. I know others are able to fiddle even more with those looks with fonts and colors, but I have no clue how to do those things so I am glad at least someone made a template so to speak for those like me. I dunno if your monitor is using "Clear Type" fonts or not, or has been 'calibrated' for font usage, but in my Win10 system if you right click on the Desktop, Choose Display Settings from the menu, click on Advanced Display Settings, ClearType text, make sure the box that says "Turn on ClearType" is checked, then walk yourself through the wizard. Does that make any difference in your font in Chrome?
