AZW3. It is like MOBI, only better.

EPUB --> MOBI is lossy, because EPUB supports more features than MOBI, but AZW3 is as capable as EPUB.


So if you have both EPUB and MOBI formats for a book (and I imagine the MOBI was probably converted from the EPUB), I recommend using an AZW3 converted from the EPUB.
