Unfortunately, it seems none of the major manufacturers are interested in serving a market for larger battery items.
On the topic of e-ink use... I actually sat behind a woman using an Aura HD today. First time I'd seen another Kobo in quite a while. I see e-ink readers on a fairly often basis, but they're usually Kindles. (Which is strange, given Kobo's dominance of the Canadian market.)
