I guess I could live without an e-ink reader if I only read for 10 minutes at a time but I read sometimes for 4 to 6 hours at a time and my eyes cannot take the backlights of my IPad for that long. So I use my voyage. Hack it is very small and even with its case it weights I guessing less than a half pound.
