Yea, it does seem odd that so few of Asimov's books are out in ebooks. Some of that might be his daughter appears to have on going fights with various literary agents and the like. They sued their literary agent in 2013. I have no idea how that suit turned out. His major books are out in the US (Foundation books and Robot books). I'm still watching for his Black Widower mystery books.
