Hello and excuse my english
When I add a new epub to Calibre, I have this error code:

This problem occurs whit all the libraries and too if I create a new metadata.db or I copy the metadata.db from my other computher (my other computer works well)
I have uninstaled, cleaned the registry and reinstalled several times (CCleaner and Iobit).
I have restored to default the add books options.
I only can add books if I untick the option "read metadata from the file" in the add options and I import books without metadata
(I do add manually the metadata !
)
