Amazon Returns

I didn't want to drag up an old thread but so much for us vowing to have no returns. Instead of a delivery yesterday we received a refund email this morning. No idea why our order has not been delivered they only shipped it (supposedly) late Thursday.

If our account gets closed it won't be because we returned items but that's small consolation.

Edited to say it was returned as 'undeliverable'. I think that's Amazon logistics speak for we have too many orders to deliver!

I wanted that item, it was a storage case for my new large headphones.
