I don't know the content of the zip file since I own a different device but I can guess what went wrong.
Update.zip is
under no circumstances to be unpacked and flashed via RKBatchtool!
Just put it as it is into the root folder of your reader or sd card (the root folder is something like e: d: i: f: c
and restart the device.
