First, I beg pardon for my poor English. This is basically a Google translation from German. I hope it is nevertheless to understand and someone can help me.
My Problem is:
I hava a Energy Sistem Ereader Pro and, unfortunately, I flashed a wrong Firmware on it (for Energy Sistem Ereader Pro +).
Now I got only "Choose the language" screen with light on, and screen do not reacts on any touch anymore. I can only set the device off or on.
In Windows Explorer device appear as
MTP Device.
All Driver are already installed, but RKBatchtool recognize no Device to flash.
What must I do to bring them in
MSC modus again so I can with RKBatchtool flash a right Firmware and bring them to life again?
From Device Suport I receive only a answer in Spanish, what I don`t understand...
I am thankfully for any help!
