Sorry, I'm not sure what you are saying. Your description doesn't tell me anything and the post title seems to be something different.

If the issues is that you tried installing a new firmware version and the device hung or continuously rebooted after disconnection, the first thing to try is a factory reset. For the Mini this is:

- Charge the device for at least an hour.
- Hold the power switch in the off position for 20 seconds to ensure the device is off.
- Hold the power switch in the on position and tap the both bottom corners of the screen. Keep tapping until something happens.
- When the screen changes, stop tapping and release the power switch.

This should work, but it can take a few times to get the timing right. And if it doesn't after a few tries, you might need to restore an image to the internal SD card.
