They routinely disallow lots of products and when contracts run out, they renegotiate or delist. Tradpub titles in KU have separate contracts from the KDP Select titles and Amazon has reportedly been cutting back there.

There is one exception and that is the Amazon imprints. That is the only time, they act like an actual publisher.
