So I tried going back to ADE 3.0 and it didn't work. Now I get an "error, check activation" box when I try to load the library book into ADE.
Incidentally I chatted with the good folks at B&N the same day that I received the update but before it came in. They told me that the update 45.1.4 which had been discussed about a month earlier on this forum didn't exist and they didn't know what I was talking about. That was the second time one of their reps had told me that no update had been released.
Now I understand a little better why they wouldn't want to take credit for it. one more thing they put out there before it actually works.
