When I create directly the ePub file in Calibre, I don't have such problems even if there are some strange things. For example the stylesheet is not totally applied, but the content is here. Maybe should I only use Calibre?

I like Calibres validator best.

Stylesheet partial failure is almost always a error (colon vs semicolon typo) on the sheet.
The stylesheet IS NOT validated as part of the Validation. In Sigil: rightclick the filename: Validate with W3C

Also style names are case sensitive .TX is not .tx

and Tags should always be lower case <br />
