However now I have a new problem. I read a couple of books and everything was going well until now. I checked out a new Epub book from my library and even thought ADE says it has 7 days remaining, my nook says that it has been returned. It is doing this with several books now including books that worked before.

I have tried redownloading the book several times and restarting the nook. I have disconnected it and reconnected it to the PC. from past forums on the nook it appears that other nooks have had this or a similar problem but I can't figure out a fix.

Has anyone else who received the update run into this yet?
thanks for any info you have to offer.

The device is not shown in ADE because ADE still does not support the MTP protocol, used by all newer Android versions. This is something Adobe has to fix.

I read the following, not too clear info about the library book problem on the Nook forum:
"I have just sideloaded a public library book to my glowlight plus. If I understand it correctly, you download the ebook just as described in the FAQ section of BN.com ereader support, and then you sideload a link to your ereader. The book is then sent to your ereader via that link. The link looks like the book title but has no content. It appears as though you are sideloading the ebook, just as you would if it were a purchased book from Kobo, but if you try to open the book right away you get an error message. I sort of "felt" my way through it, and it eventually worked. It took a few minutes for the content of the book to show up.".

I think this means you have to copy the ASCM file (the download link from your library) to your Nook, and then download the book from there, but I am not sure.
