2015-12-08

- Update to BeautifulSoup 4.4.1. (Some adapters still ues BS3)
- Add some additional BG log output.
- Suppress some debug output for the common failedtoload image case.
- Strip <script> tags from HTML. Added for FimF, but applies to all sites.
