The bottom line is that Distributed Link Tracking doesn't work if LNK target in on a removable drive. I should test that on Win 10 - you'll never ever know . . .

Added 1 - a little birdie suggested I should test it - preliminary tests suggests that the limitation of DLT not handling removable drives is no longer the case. You'd think MS would have told me. Needs more research - but . . .

Added 2 - watch my MS Technet post if you're minded ==>> Windows 10 and Distributed Link Tracking Be Warned: could be like watching paint dry or grass grow
