My apologies, Bookpossum. I had checked amazon.ca and Kobo Canada. It was available at both (not always the case for either), so I assumed that it would be widely available (I loathe geographic restrictions). I agree with you; I often find it difficult to get a book in time for the book club, so having an extra month's lead time would be a Godsend.
