No need for proprietary tools (both gratis or quite expensive), just put XSLT + LaTeX or XSL:FO in your job description, and I guess you'll be far better off.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to apply for this offer, but theoretically I would be interested in a freely licensed, off-the-self solution for this kind of problem. Do I need to advertise my workflows here again, or have you already found them by yourself?
