I use the list view almost exclusively. I only look at the cover view when someone asks question.

I also like row-oriented text-like web pages instead of fancy graphic ones. And I detest the tendency to change things simply to change them. But then, I am an old fart who is stuck in my ways. I do wonder whether designers know how much they disturb people like me (and I am not alone) when they "improve" things by moving buttons around and changing the layout and colors.

I still run Word 2003 because I *cannot stand* the ribbon. I hope that it continues to work until I no longer care...
