Gah, I have a bit of a nightmare... the tracking has gone haywire on one of my shipments - I have received it, but their system thinks it's been lost by the carrier. There were 10 items in there, each a separate order. I already contacted CS via chat on Sunday to let them know, but I still keep getting notifications that it's lost. I don't really want to call them given that even via chat they had trouble understanding that the package had actually been delivered
