Finally have my Moto Es. I'm keeping both; one for the bedroom and one for the living room. I'm giving away my LG Volt and Nokia 520 to family members.

So far, I only have one phone set up. First thing I did was to remove the SIM card and add a 32GB mSD card. With the SIM card gone, there's no need to keep it in airplane mode. I then charged and downloaded my apps that were backed up in the cloud. After that, I set up the FM Radio. Now I'm in the process of setting up folders.

I do like this phone quite a bit. Wish there was a camera flash and a better speaker. I plan to order an OtterBox type case for both phones.

Who else removed their SIM card?
