You mentioned, that u used Adobe Acrobat Pro?
Then do the following:
File -> Create PDF -> From Webpage (or from File, or from multiple files)
Choose webpage (or files)
Edit Settings: Page Layout: choose A5
OK and Create.

Thats it.
