Okay. First make sure you have a backup of your library. Also, if you have customised Calibre a backup of your configuration files won't hurt. You will need to post the actual error messages. It is starting to get late here and I won't be on much longer, but someone will be able to help. If you're inpatient then reinstalling Calibre may be worth a try.
