its my 1st post and i dont even know if its the right thread.

i had an energy sistem ereader pro+ for about 10 days, battery life was awful, trried to upgrade it to a new firmware, but i got it mixed up and actually tried to downgrade it to FW 3 of the pro (while mine was a pro+).
i followed the instructions of the RK Batch Tool v1.7-procedure by energy sistem,
procedure almost finished exvept the last step (the icon never turned to pink), at some point i had to disconnect it and now i m stuck with a frozen screen.
i tried 1.looooong pressing the power button 2.holding the refresh button and pressing reset with a paper clip 3.pressing simultanously refresh-upper right page turn-back. nothing happened.
any suggestions would be much appreciated.
i should note that i have 0 experience with android devices and also with ebook readers, in fact only thing i ever owned is a desktop computer. also excuse my english and i hope that it makes sense.
