Hmm, I'm afraid of heights, but love to climb the highest mountains... And when I'm going skiing (whoop! another 24 days!), I love to go down those very narrow pathways...
And about standing back from a cliff edge.. I had my mother almost hysterical once, when we were in Arches National Park. She was standing at the wall while my father and I went to the edge to look down...
And you will not find me on a chair to get something from the top cupboard...
I think I just need that contact with Mother Earth to make me feel safe
