I never back up to icloud, with only 5GB available, I sure as heck do not want that clogged up with multiple iOS backups. What a pain. I back up to the computer, encrypted... just in case I do want to restore from a backup at any time, or if something goes horribly wrong. Must admit, that hasnt happened since my first iphone, and back then, I had no backup. LOL.
