I tried clicking on the various available options and after I'd clicked the one for free (slow) shipping a screen came up and said something about choose or verify shipping options and then flipped me back to the screen with the choices -- at which point the normal options appeared, with the free two-day prime checked, and the shipping cost calculated at zero. The no-rush option also showed up, with the "undesirable" pantry credits.
I thought maybe I'd happened to be placing my order just when Amazon was in the process of changing the no-rush options but I guess it could have just been a random glitch. Fortunately I wasn't trying to order any kind of super deal/limited quantity sort of thing so I didn't have to think about accepting the shipping cost and trying to sort it out later.

I had the Prime issue as well. I had to add and remove an item from my cart several times, because the system kept alternating between correctly reflecting the Prime free shipping, and telling me that I didn't have Prime.
I also had an issue with a lightning deal yesterday. I had to go back and forth to see the deal price, and finally just used my wife's account to order to be safe.
Amazon has definitely been a little weird this week. Perhaps cyber week is causing a bit of an overload. Walking through my very large office's cube farm, I've seen more monitors on Amazon than on email or other business apps!
