The PW-2 has not been around long enough for it to have worn out parts, but keep in mind: "maybe".

For certain, try another cable plus wall charger for at least over-night.

Showing the last page (rather than a 'critcal battery' page) is wrong.

Give us some more background please:

was this the first time the battery was allowed to run-down completely?
have you installed any of our add-in packages?
Which ones.
was the Wifi on while lost?
was the 3G on while lost?
what indications (other than the light and its color) are there when you try to re-boot it?
