There isn't any way to distinguish how many credits can be applied to publisher/non-publisher books?
Being able to add ebooks to my cart would be a big help (if they showed the application of credits in the final price).

Oh, I agree. The way Amazon displays credits to users is really bad. But at least this gives some indication.
