Hi all: Just new here, so hi everyone and if I did anything improperly plz tell me so.

My kindle pw2 was lost in some corner on my room and was only found about days ago, I think it's probably left uncharged for about a month. The screen frozen in the last page. Charged overnight with official Amazon charger, nothing happened. The amber light is on but it never greens. When linked to the PC, it says sort of name like "SE BLANK MERGEZ" or something like that. Tried press for 30 secs, nothing happened. It's out of warranty so Amazon offered me a discounted offer which I'm not interested in.

I've checked online, someone said you could delete the device and re-install it as other device. But in the driver list can't find any other device other than keyboard or mice, so guess it won't gonna work.

I've tried to charge it for overnight several times, but just won't work.I'm just thinking, as the amber light is on, probably the battery is not dead completely. Perhaps I should give other cable a try? Amazon official can't guarantee problem free anyway.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
